Inventory control of farm inputs, tools, fuel and product: receiving, storage, field issues and up-to-date records.
Apply for this positionWe are looking for a warehouse manager to control the inputs, tools, fuel and product of our farms, so the field has what it needs on time and nothing is lost.
Main duties
- Receive, check and store inputs (fertilizers, agrochemicals, drip tape, packaging) and verify quantities against invoices.
- Issue materials and tools to field staff with check-out and return records.
- Keep the inventory up to date in the system and run periodic counts.
- Keep custody of agrochemicals following safety rules: separate storage, labeling, access control and stock records.
- Coordinate orders and restocking with the agronomist and administration.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe.

Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics (minimum 2 years), preferably in agriculture
- Basic computer and spreadsheet skills; training provided on the company's inventory system
- Order, accuracy and honesty in handling stock and records
- Knowledge of, or willingness to be trained in, safe agrochemical handling
- Completed high school (logistics technician or similar is a plus)
- Valid ID or immigration documents
- Up-to-date police clearance certificate
- Copy of both sides of your ID
